Catch up

It has been over a year since I posted. Wow! SO much has happened. I am almost done with shcoo. I have to do my externship and that should start in about 1-2 weeks. I will do this for 180 hrs. SOund like a long time, but i reality it is just like working a full time job. The draw back to this is that I will not get paid for this, ugh. Richard and I have done some saving and we should be ok, but it is still a stesser. From all of this I am hopeing that I am well on my way to a new career. Richard has another operation on his other foot to correct his toes. It was easier this time beacuse they tried a new procedure, he was able to walk the same day where as the other surgery he had to rest for 7 days.The kids. Well Sherise is now taking night classes. She seems to do well with this since the classes are smaller. There has been a lot with her that has happened. Her x-boyfirends mother died last December, very unexpectedly. She was dating him at the time of her death, and her and him found his mother in the basement bathroom. Not something that you want you little own you daughter to have to experiance. She has had a struggle with this, but knowing that she will see her again has made it easier, I think. She has since broke up with ther boyfriend, and it remains to be seen if they really were ment to be together. Ellie has found some friends, just in time for us to move. So she is re-building her friends. She still has a hard time with doing what Richard and I ask her to do, but I do believe that we have figured out what she is struggling with. With the Dr's help we have found that had anxitey and I small case of AD. This is all something we are exploring more, and will hopefully get a handel on this so that she can have a happy and successful life. Kobe got baptized this last year. He is such a good kid. He also played football again this year. Last year his team won one game, well this year his team went undefeated. What a big change hun? He had tons of fun and can not wait for the season to start again. He will be playing soccer this spring, and is excited for that. The bigges thing that happened this year is we bought our own home. It is a small home, but it is ours. We just moved in on the 10 of Decenber, so we have not been here long, but we love it. I will get some pics posted soon. Well that is about the long and short of it. I am trying to post more that I have been, it is good for me. Heres to a new year.

Thanksgiving Weekend.

I love this time of the year. Family,Lots to eat,Black Friday,and more time with the family. So on Thanksgiving I got to spend it with my mom,dad,Angie,Britt,and all of our others.It was so nice to have all of us together, I think it has been at least 2 years or more since we were all together. Lots of fun times, and Angie was actually the big sister. I loved that. We had tons of good food, and played some games, and of course ate way to much. At 10:30 that night me, Rich, Mom, and the kids got ourselves in the car and went to Walmart. That was a crazy time. There were tons of people and when 12:01 cam around it was on. Took mom home and Richard was still wanting to go shopping, so we went back to Walmart to try and get somethings that we weren't able to get the first time, and were insuccessfull, so home we went to catch some shut eye. My other family was coming to our home around 11 or 12 so I woke up around 10:45 to clean a little bit, and take a shower. They got here around 1 and we all ate some more and laughed a lot and had a great time. They all packed it in around 5. Sherise went with them early, we were going down Saturday afternoon for a spa party and girls sleep over. Woke on Saturday helped Rich with some lights and ran some errands with my mom to get home just in time to leave. Richard didn't go with us so we had to spend the night, I can't see very well in the dark, so no driving home after the party. We had so much fun and laughed so much more. After the spa party we all went to Miriams home for a sleep over. Didn't do a whole lot but lots of talking, didn't get to bed until 4 and all the kids stayed up all night, needless to say everyone was very very tired and angry. Jenni made a awesome breakfast and then around 12 I was on my home from Salt lake. It was snowing all day and I was worried about driving home, but got home safe, and crashed for about 4 hrs. I had so much fun this weekend, it is the start to a wonderful time of the year, which I am going to totally enjoy this year.

So today I am thankful for my boss. That he gave me a computer so that Sherise and I can both use the computer to do our homework. Yesterday I am thankful for professors that are willing to sit down and reassure me that school is the way to go and that it is normal to feel overwhelmed when I am trying to go to school work full time be a mom and a wife all in one.

So Sunday in relief society one of the ladies talked about posting a blog of something everyday that you are thankful. Well I am about a week late but that is my goal now for this month. So..... Today I am thankful that I talked to the school and settled some of my concerns, That someone was able to set my nerves at ease, and for my Mom and Dad fasting with me yesterday.

So all the kids are back in school and we are getting into our new routine. It is nice to have the kids in school because I get to spend more time with them, which sounds kind of strange, but they aren't all @ frineds homes or what not and I get to spend some time, not much because of my school and Kobe's football, but it is more than in the summer, and we still have the weekends. Sherise is such a trooper. Kids these days are so so cruel. The friends that she has had for a while are no longer and contiunally start drama. I wish they would just leave her alone and move on. She keeps her head held high and "just keeps swimming" haha. She had made some new frineds which I hope will work better for her. Sherise is at the doctors again today with her toe. It has only been about a month since they went in and removed an in=grown toe nail and it is still bothering her. They may just remove the toe nail on both her big toes, which I hope they do it has been painful for her and she can't wear flip flops all her life. Ellie has a little friend at shcool. Funny thing about that is that this little girl has 2 brothers that are they same age as Sherise and one of them liked her in 3rd grade, and her mother was in young womens with me. Small world hun? Her name is Regan and she is in the same class as Ellie this year, I hope she stays frineds with her. Ellie sometimes is such a leader that it scares off friends. Kobe has football practiec every night.A couple of nights ago he didn't want to play, when his dad asked what was up he said "Dad I don't want to play my hardest @ practice, that is for the games." kind of cute, but we had to explain that you always give 100%. He did better ther next night.
